Christmas lights

JoySeasons recently sent an email survey to customers and people who are interested in our christmas lights. Most customers found us from Google or Yahoo and some found our website or recommened by old customers.Each year we will do the research for using our Christmas lights and the markets ,Customer service was rated good to excellent by 98.1%. and we are addressing more rapid resolution of complaints about damage and complications in shipping, replacement of certain defective sets. Overall, 97% found the overall experience with JoySeasons Inc. to be satisfactory to wonderful and 98.9% would order again.
